BARBEQUE
Some condos are equipped with propane barbeques on the patio or balcony. If your barbeque was used during your stay, please ensure it is cleaned prior to departure.

The Lodges at Canmore has limited business services available, please contact Guest Services. Within walking distance, at 512 Bow Valley is Canmore Business Services for all your business service needs. Call 403-678-1719.
CHECK-IN/OUT
Check-in is 4pm. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. An additional charge will be applied to your account for accommodation retained after this time. Late check out requests must be made in advance through the Guest Services desk.
CHILDREN
The Lodges at Canmore is a family-friendly resort that gladly welcomes children; however, we kindly request that children under the age of 16 be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Kids under 18 with a parent/guardian – stay free!
HOUSEKEEPING
Daily pick-up of garbage/recycling and replacement of towels as required is provided between the hours of 11:00am and 5:00pm. Our staff will knock on your door and enter your suite to complete the pick up. Full chalet service (including fresh linens, etc.) will be provided on the third day of your stay – if you are staying for a week. A full clean including new linens is available on request for $75 at anytime during your stay.
INTERNET
All condos at The Lodges at Canmore are equipped with complimentary Internet access. Please note that the Internet is shared access and The Lodges at Canmore is not responsible nor liable for any damages or computer related complications you may incur from using this shared network. Please note that a dial up connection can be obtained but long distance charges will apply for non-local numbers. For guests without laptops, both the Cyber Web Café and Rocky Mountain Bagel Company offer Internet access stations. We also have Internet access in the lobby, $2.00 for 20 minutes.
IRON & IRONING BOARD
All unique condos at The Lodges at Canmore are equipped with an iron and ironing board.
KITCHEN
Each condo at The Lodges features a fully equipped kitchen. Dish soap and a dishwasher have been provided for your convenience. We kindly ask that you clean all dishes, pots, pans, utensils and glassware you may have used prior to check out. Feel free to leave clean dishes in the dishwasher should it still be running at the time of your check out.
LAUNDRY
A washer and dryer are located in your condo. Laundry soap can be purchased at the Guest Services desk.
PARKING
Complimentary heated, underground parking is available.

PETS
The Lodges at Canmore is pleased to be a “pet-friendly” resort. We believe that your pet is part of the family. We kindly ask you to keep your pet on a leash while at the property and that you pick up after your pet. Condo service will not be provided to your chalet if your pet is left unattended. A daily pet charge of $20 CDN will be applied to your room account and you will be financially responsible for any damages that may incur.
PLAY PENS
Play pens are available upon request through Guest Services on a first come first serve basis.
POOL & HOT TUB
The Lodges’ outdoor heated pool and hot tub are open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and are accessed using your room card. For safety reasons, our pool is not open once outside temperatures drop below -20C (wind chill combined temperature). The main pool temperature is 30C (84F) and the hot tub is 40C (104F). Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty at The Lodges – children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Infants are required to wear waterproof pants. Change rooms and showers are located next to the hot tub and showering is required prior to entry.
QUIET TIMES
The Lodges is a family resort and we take pride in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable and relaxing stay. Please respect your fellow guest and observe that quiet times are from 11:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m.
SECURITY
The Lodges at Canmore has an on-property security patrol at night.

Secure storage is located in the parkade. Please visit the Guest Services desk to obtain a lock and key. Please be advised that snowboards, skis and poles are not permitted inside condos and The Lodges will not be responsible for lost or stolen equipment.
SMOKING
The Lodges at Canmore is pleased to offer its guests a smoke free environment. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. Guests caught smoking may face a penalty fee.
